Customer training

With the correct training and engagement employees can make an enormous contribution to the success of your technology investment.

Our accredited Bosch Engineers work closely with your staff throughout the installation process, providing ‘hands on’ experience that will enable them to operate and care for your new equipment. We provide comprehensive documentation and ‘how to’ reference guides to be kept on site. At the end of each project we deliver classroom training with a mini exam for your staff. This is an informal way to check that training has been absorbed and understood. And, of course we are always on hand to help you with any issues you may have once we have left site.
